Farewell Summer '09

Last vacation this summer....
Bear Lake

Fire and water...that's all you need to keep little boys happy all day and all night.
Jane was a little needier than usual...but seriously, she's been through a lot this summer. It's about time she gave me a little grief.
The water in our jug heated up during the day which made for a nice warm bath in the evening for Jane. It was definitely the best part of the trip for her. Who would've thought that a little warm water in a bucket could make a baby so happy.
It was such a relief to see her smiles return...

This has been one of the best summers for our family. It's kinda sad to see it end.... I'm already counting down the days till next summer when we can do it all again!

Biker Chick

Doesn't this picture define me?! hehehe...just kidding.

I was shooting a bride last month and she mentioned that she'd love to have some pics on a sweet Harley, seriously 30 seconds later one drove by so I waved him down. He was really cool and let us shoot for awhile. John got this picture of me...it kinda makes me laugh, but it kinda rocks too.

Rainbow

When I was little there weren't too many things cooler than a rainbow so it was fun for me to see how excited Luke was when we spotted this one on our street.

Round 2

We had such a great time with our little Frontrunner outing that we went for Round 2.
This time we hit The Discovery Center.
Love this place. Wish it weren't always so busy.

I have a cute baby
My sister-in-laws
I always feel bad dragging Jane out so much so here she is participating in the fun...Then of course we went over to the fountainsLucas learned pretty quick that this wasn't his best idea.

I Heart Ogden

On Tuesdays Cathi and I have been going downtown for discovery time at the library and then getting our favorite tacos and eating lunch at Municipal Park just off of 25th Street. It's been one of favorite things to do all summer. I really do love Ogden...my friend Krissy was always telling and showing me all the great things that this town had to offer. I'll love it forever. Don't care what anyone says.

I like the licorice mane

I'm not the only one who loves Ogden...

"I love all the quaint shops on 25th Street."
"It's so easy to fall in love in Ogden."
"Awww, doesn't Ben Lomond Peak look lovely?""I've never seen a wall with more character."

"We're so happy to have our wedding in Ogden...It's the best".
Do you need anymore proof!?!?!
