I am a mother of a delightful little boy named Lucas and a beatiful baby girl Jane. Wife of a husband who loves to laugh at me. And a reluctant photographer who still can't believe people keep hiring her. I enjoy spending time with my little family, traveling, eating fabulous food, taking photos, service in my church, and relaxing with friends and family. I'm finally starting to feel like a grown-up... it's about time. I like this picture of me because it reminds me of my mom.

What I Live For
I live for those who love me,
Whose hearts are kind and true,
For the Heaven that smiles above me,
And awaits my spirit too;
For all human ties that bind me,
For the task by God assigned me,
For the bright hopes yet to find me,
And the good that I can do.
I live to learn their story
Who suffered for my sake;
To emulate their glory,
And follow in their wake;
Bards, patriots, martyrs, sages,
The heroic of all ages,
Whose deeds crowd History's pages,
And Time's great volume make.
I live to hold communion
With all that is divine,
To feel there is a union
'Twixt Nature's heart and mine;
To profit by affliction,
Reap truth from fields of fiction,
Grow wiser from conviction,
And fulfill God's grand design.
I live to hail that season
By gifted ones foretold,
When men shall live by reason,
And not alone by gold;
When man to man united,
And every wrong thing righted,
The whole world shall be lighted
As Eden was of old.
I live for those who love me,
For those who know me true,
For the Heaven that smiles above me,

For the cause that lacks assistance,
For the wrong that needs resistance,
For the future in the distance,
And the good that I can do.

Wow. It really is unbelievable. I wish you would have taken some pictures of Lucas in girl clothes so we could take some pictures of Jane in boy clothes and make a guessing game. :o)
Ok, so I know they look alike but seeing it like that is just crazy!! It's the same kid! At least when you have another one there won't be any guessing...boy or girl- you know what it will look like!
I really want to have one more kid...just to see if it will the look the same too.
again the resemblance is uncanny. You've dot a little factory over there!!!
It's like they are the same baby! Still love that pink blanket! Glad you're getting good use out of it! Love the new blog header pic too. You seem so happy because you are just beaming!
